Do I need to arrange anything with the venue?
No let us take care of it for you. We'll liaise with your venue regarding the set up and collection of your chair covers and sashes so that's one less thing you have to worry about.

When do you dress the chairs?
Our team of event co-ordinators will dress your chairs at your venue in the morning of the event in plenty of time before your arrival.

What if my number of guests change?
Don't worry - we understand that your final numbers may differ slightly to what you originally planned. Just let us know your final numbers and we will amend your order accordingly.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes a deposit of 20% of the total cost is required to secure your booking. The deposit is non refundable but will be taken off the total cost of your hire.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
A security deposit of £100 is taken to secure your chair cover booking with us. If hiring both chair covers and starlight backdrop a £200 deposit is required. This is fully refundable after the event upon the safe return of all our property in the state it was hired.

When do I need to make the final payment?
The final payment for the hire should be made 3 weeks before the date of the event.

Will your chair covers fit the chairs at my venue?
We provide a range of different sizes and most covers will fit most chairs. We will check with your venue to find out the type of chair they use to ensure we use the correct cover. If you have a particularly unusual shaped chair please contact us for our made to measure service.

Can I take a look at the sash colour before the event?
Yes. You can use our sampling service on our contact us page. If you don't see the colour you are looking for on the drop down list please refer to the colour cart on the colours page and contact us to send you a sample.

What if the covers or sashes are damaged at my event?
Should any damage or loss occur you will be charged for the replacement or fixture of the item from your security deposit.
